By using Nipux, you agree to these terms and to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace.

You may not use Nipux to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform availability.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that create security risk, abuse system resources, or breach these terms.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If payment fails, we may limit paid features until billing is resolved. You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

Nipux and its underlying software, branding, and product interfaces are owned by Nipux and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the service.

You retain rights to your submitted content to the extent permitted by law and grant Nipux the limited rights necessary to process that content and provide the service.

Nipux outputs are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for investment or business decisions made using platform outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nipux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
